The prize is a supper for 6 people up to a value of £150 cooked by a chef in the winners home. There is 1 prize in total to be won. The successful applicant will be chosen at random from all entries received by 23.59 on 1 May 2011, and will be contacted by email on 2 May 2011. The Prize is valid for 6 months from May1 2011. The prizes is non-transferable. Entrants must be 18 or over. When you respond, Lake House Organics may use your information to contact you with offers/services of interest.
Employees and agents of Lake House Organics and or any company connected with the production or distribution of this promotion or any of their associated companies are not eligible to take part in the applicable promotion, nor are their relatives or members of their families or households. This promotion is restricted to residents of England and Wales aged 18 years or over. Proof of eligibility must be provided on request. Entry to this promotion is limited to one entry per person.
