Hey All,
Looking for some advice for a freind. He has recieved a warrant of execution today for a debt outstanding to Black Horse. The original debt was £113.08, now with this warrant the amount it now £645.33. He has to pay the full amount to the county court by 19th april, would this amount be the £113.08 or £645.33? Is there anything that he can arrange with his original creditors to sort this mess out?
