Apologies if this has been asked before but prior to AD Does everybody get an IPOQ Form ? Im not log off AD, Haven't had one yet, Pay NO IPA and am not working

There have been some suggestions that in cases where disposable income sufficient for an IPA might be possible (you are working etc) and an IPA is not already in place, then IPOQs could be sent out on the run up to AD to see if an IPA is feasible.
I can't honestly say I've seen any evidence of that happening though?

Ferm,i I think thats what happened to my DH.
He got a EDREV IPOQ from RTLU about 6 weeks before AD. From advice on here it seems it was way too close to AD for ED to be actioned, so we thought they were most probably just checking up on him prior to AD in case they could set an IPA.0 -
