1. Prize Fund: A tailored celebration for the winner and up to 9 friends, including a chauffeur driven limousine for the winner [and his/her friends] from a single destination to and from their local Beefeater Grill; a 3 course meal up to a total value of £370 for the party; plus one digital camera worth £90. No change will be given if the meal value chosen by the winner and guests is less than £370 and any food and drink must be consumed in the restaurant. Alcoholic drinks will only be served to persons aged 18 or over and satisfactory evidence of proof of age in the form of a passport, driving licence or PASS card may be requested. The right is reserved to refuse alcohol to any person who appears to be under the age of 18 in the sole opinion of the management.


2. Prize draw open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees of Beefeater Grill, Whitbread Group PLC, its agencies, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.



3.The competition period shall run from Monday 11th April 2011 till Monday 30th May 2011. Closing date for email entries is 11.59pm on 30th May 2011.



4. No purchase necessary. Only one entry per email address. Beefeater Grill cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of server functions, technical issues, virus, bugs or other causes outside Beefeater Grill's control.



5. Beefeater Grill reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the terms and conditions.



6. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, donated or otherwise given to another. In the event of fraud, abuse, incorrect information supplied and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the Programme, including the allocation of the prize, Beefeater Grill reserve the right to end or suspend the promotion, amend these terms and conditions and/or declare a void notification.



7. If Beefeater Grill discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe the winner has used any software or automated process to make bulk entries Beefeater Grill may select an alternative winner. Any further winner will be selected on the same criteria as the original winner and will be subject to these terms and conditions.

Beefeater Grill reserves the right to end or suspend the Promotion for any reason whatsoever and at any time and for any period in their sole discretion; to amend these terms & conditions including details of the prizes; declare void the notification of winners; and/or to allocate the prize by conducting a simple draw amongst winners or otherwise allocate the prizes as they see fit. 9.The draw will take place on 6th June 2011. Winner will be emailed on 10th June 2011 and will be asked to confirm their local Beefeater Grill for the purposes of the prize. The prize must be taken between 17th June 2011– 31st July 2011 inclusive. The winner must email Whitbread with their details within 14 days of receiving the confirmation email that they have won the prize draw; failure from the winner to contact us or provide the information requested will result in the prize going to the runner up.



10. Winners may be announced, contacted, or asked to participate in publicity, in relation to this prize. Surname and county of the winner may be published on the Beefeater Grill website. Winners' details may also be requested, please write to Beefeater Grill Marketing, PO BOX 777, Dunstable, Beds, LU5 5XG. Please send a self addressed stamped envelope.



11. Winner may be required to take part in publicity in connection with this competition.



12. No cash or other alternative prizes are available. In the event of circumstances outside of its control, Beefeater Grill reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar prize to greater or equal value.



13. The winner will be selected at random from the list of entries. There will only be one prize winner.



14. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
