Help with unenforceable debt

Hi I have know idea what constitutes unenforceable but I have been on a DMP for four years and paid as agreed every month on the button,I am trying to make f&f offers to my creditors without too much success,just wondered A:how i find out if debts are unenforceable and B: if so could i use this as a negotiating tool to beat down settlement offers.

It has been found that virtually no debts are unenforceable, try another tack.0
