I have had the below email conversation and I have still not had the prize. I have tried to email them once to charlotte and once through the contact us section on their website. both emails are bouncing back with a fatal error.
What do I do next. I can't find where I won the comp from but I see others from here did too but got their prizes.
Many Thanks
Jackie

This is some advice that Toniq gave to a similar query the other day, I'm sure that she won't mind me 'plagerising' her:
You could contact the IPM complaints@theipm.org.uk
They can contact the company on your behalf and deal with this, If you attach all emails with a covering email to them, they will have all the info regarding who you have dealt with etc.
If I were you I would remove the contacts email address from your post, it's not really fair to post that on an open forum like this.Luck is believing you’re lucky – Tennessee Williams

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction and thanks for the heads up about the email address I didn't even think about it.0

No problem, good luck. You could just email your original contact again mentioning that you are going to the IPM, that could be enough to light a fire under them. Just say that you were excited to win the prize but feel that it shouldn't be your place to keep chasing the delivery so you are going to ask the IPM to chase it on your behalf.Luck is believing you’re lucky – Tennessee Williams

I tried to email both the original contact and the compny today and both emails bounced back but the website seems ok. I did wonder if they had gone bust or something. I have send an email to that complaints address you gave me.
Thanks0 -
Can you mention which site the comp was on?
I'm still waiting for a win that I was originally notified about back in Feb and was promised in Mar that the prize was on the way, so I'm wondering if it's the same siteBest win ever: Trip to the Galapagos Islands in 20100 -
