Go here and print a FREE DAY PASS for Otium Health & leisure spas at Thistle Hotels.
http://www.thistlehotels.com/thistle/campaign/otium.do
You get to spend a day using their spa and leisure facilities at any of the Thistle Hotels listed. Can't be bad. As far as I can see, you don't need to stay at the hotel to have the free day.
T&C's:
A physical activity readiness questionnaire must be filled out prior to commencing any fitness activities.
Only one free-day pass per person.
The free-day pass offer can only be used once per person.
Normal terms and conditions of membership apply.
Facilities may vary from Hotel to Hotel. Please call the Hotel of your choice to confirm what facilities are on offer.
All aerobics and fitness inductions must be pre-booked.
You must be over the age of 18 to claim your free-day pass.
This offer can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Beauty treatments are not included free but can be arranged by booking in advance.
Offer subject to availability.

Great post OP, the nearest to me is Bristol, but I have printed 4 vouchers in case we decide to go visit for a day! Do a bit of shopping, and then relaxation!
Thanks :money:0 -
Well it must be half decent as you can get beauty treatments too. That means it has to be more than a pool, sauna and steam setup!! Enjoy! I intend to. My friends and I are booking soon - once we can all find a date we are free!!3 kids(DS1 6 Nov, DS2 8 Feb, DS3 24 Dec) a hubby and two cats - I love to save every penny I can!

Be careful of the beauty thing though OP, I read on the site and it said that the treatment isnt free, but you can ring up and book it for the same time as the health spa, as long as that particular hotel offers it! check with the hotel first, and make sure you know the cost.
Still, a good find though!0 -

Yep no probs with that. Was at another spa day for a birthday present last Saturday and we had to pay for treatments there too. Wonderful day mind you. (Not Thistle hotels this time).3 kids(DS1 6 Nov, DS2 8 Feb, DS3 24 Dec) a hubby and two cats - I love to save every penny I can!

Great for those who live near one. I do not want to drive for hours to get back from a nice relaxing day in the spa. it would undo all the good work.0
