Where does it say 1000GB? Just says it in some reviews which could be the fitted ones from other sellers - rather than just the media player itself.

Received mine yesterday - But NO hard drive.
I think £50 is to much just for the enclosure, of which I already have something similar.
Has anyone else received their's?

Yes, £50 is too much. Have seen the enclosure priced at under £40.

yeah, you can get it for about £40 then just add your own drive.
