Redundancy question?!

Hey Guys,
Not been around for ages... Went BR in September 2007, discharged in April 2008. I have just accepted voluntary redundancy at work and getting a years salary as a payment... As my BR doesn't fall off my record until September 2013, they won't come knocking on my door for my redundancy payout will they??

Phew, I really hope not... I had a little bit of a panic about it!!
