i have 4 files on my report which need to be changed, one has been settled but taken over by a DCA so not sure what will happen there. One file which was positive on my file has gone? got no idea why other then the company concerned has recently searched my file, they have not taken my account away from me but my positive payment.
Barclays have my account which was included in my BR as satisfactory and green all the way through BR? It shows the balance and everything being all OK? My Barclay card is not on my report neither are our loans with Barclays all included in BR. Should I ask why or leave it be?
MBNA, HSBC, John Lewis all need correcting so guess I will have fun there.
My main concern is the file that has gone! anybody had this before?

I just did a check on experian the other week- and my biggest creditor, NatWest-don't even show up- which is bizarre as it was their bully boy tactics that forced my hand to set up an IVA-and some of the debts which are now in the IVA are shown as settled, don't understand it at all!now debt free and determined to maintain good spending habits and build savings0

Have you checked Equifax and CallCredit as well? Each company has their preferred credit agency and they will only search one, not all three. When I joined, I needed a name. The forum members gave one to me...I am INAN
