Remortgage Application - Wife Pregnant

Hopefully this is an easy question to answer, I started an application to remortgage online and came to the question about dependents.
So I currently have a 2 yr old and we are expecting the 2nd in a couple of months, do I put down 1 or 2 dependents? It would be so much easier if they asked a question about pregnancy!
