Query: Egg money wrong total

Hi Can any one help me out with this? Not super debt-free wannabe but I'm sure some of us (!!) use credit cards and this forum are very helpful so I am more likely to get a response.
I do my day to day shopping using an egg money card and every Tuesday and Friday do my banking to check nothing untoward gone on egg card or out of my bank account. This Tuesday my Egg card balance was £3 over what I tallied it up to be and I have checked umpteen times and have no other payments going out so far as I know. Now I have noticed in the past that sometimes Egg reckon it up wrong but its normally rectified within a day or two. This time I thought I'd wait and see and also allow other transactions to go on to see if it sorts itself out, but after both a debit transaction and a credit transaction going on to the account the amount they reckon it to be is still £3 more than I reckon it to be/it actually should be. Obviously if this doesn't sort out within a week I will email them securely and get clarification but I just wonder, has this happened to others before (more than a day or two)? Just doesn't fill me with confidence
Thanks in advance.
