Hi there,
Posting on behalf of my partner, He works full time. We are going on holiday in july and are worrying we are not going to have enough money. Holiday is paid off.
We are looking for a loan of about 2000-3000, It will be a single claim in his name.
Has anyone got any ideas where he could try? Tried the obv like halifax who he banks with, but he has bad credit ect.
Iv seen some loaners who want a joining fee, which im not sure feel comftable paying.
Help please

Do you really need £2-3000 spending money for a holiday?0

were going new york for my 21st borthday so yes lol0

depends upon how bad is bad, what other debts he has and what his income is
if his bank won't trust him with 2-3k then it's unlikley that anyone else will but he can always try
but anyone that charges a fee will rip you off so don't bother there.0 -
he had a loan about 10 years ago to buy a new car and ended up having a crash and not paying the loan off. But other then that i cant think of anything else bad =/0

Surely before booking a holiday you should have saved money for spending given his bad credit rating. PS the banks will judge him as he has poor credit rating0

You imply you are posting on behalf of him yet you also say "We are looking for a loan of about 2000-3000" can you not get a loan in your own right?0

July? THREE whole months of wageslips to put aside spending money for the holiday. You do not need a loan.
If, for some reason, you really do not have enough spare money to save at least £1000 (more than enough) then you can not afford a loan even if you were given one.
If your boyfriend wanted you to have a luxury holiday for your 21st birthday then he had, well, the length of your relationship to save up for it. As it turns out you now have three months. What is the problem?
(And why is a twelve year old buying a car? If he wasn't twelve, what's the point of being with an older man if he is so rubbish with money?)0
