Thanks Fermie as usual you are a star

Its a shame that this sort of thing happens though eh? and I class myself as a strong type!!! I bet a lot of very scared vulnerable people out there would be panicked into repaying stuff they do not need to.....going B/R and especially circumstances leading up it are not at all easy for anyone and then to have DCA's taking the p**s and Companies not complying with the Law just infuriates me....
Going for a brew break now.
Cheers Fermie

Dear Ms
Thank you for your email, which we received on 13 April 2011.
YOUR QUERIES:
- Hillesden Securities Limited (Account started 30/08/02)
WHAT I CAN TELL YOU:
This account is already marked as 'satisfied' which shows that no money is owed.
The default (Status 8) will stay on your report because the original terms and conditions were not met.
The default will stay on our records for six years from the date of default.
- Vanquis Bank (Accounts started 01/09/06 and 26/09/08)
- Santander (Account started 26/04/07)
WHAT I CAN TELL YOU:
As we have already contacted the companies concerned and they advised that the information is correctly recorded, you will need to dispute the information with them directly.
In this sort of case, I recommend that you write to the lender directly and ask for their official complaints procedures. These procedures should contain all the information you need to know in order to raise a complaint. They should also advise you on what course of action is open to you should you not be satisfied with the outcome.
FURTHER INFORMATION:
Having 24 hour access to your report gives you the advantage of being able to see your information as it changes. As a member you are able to speak to our reports team with any queries you may have about the information on your report.BSC member 328:TB/R Nov 08 - Nov 09:TLife is a lemon and I want my money back!
