Thanks Op. Got 6 bottles for 9.25, found in baby aisle not suncream aisle. Really needed some and as I have 4 kids I can now send them all to school with their own without breaking the bank!

I personally wouldn't use the boots own stuff. We bought it for DD when she was 3 months and we went to south africa. She was really crying for around 3 days which was so unlike her we were at the point of getting a doctor out when my dad borrowed some of her suncream for his face. He managed an hour before he had to go and wash it off his face cos he said it felt like he was caked in goose fat and his nose had gone bright red. Sure enough we stopped using the boots stuff (bought some local brand) and DD returned to her normal self. Wrote to Boots to advise what had happened (just for feedback of our experience not for anything else) and never even received an oh sorry or we'll look into it.....

Yep, wouldnt want the soltan one even if it was free... AWFUL stuff...

Does it work on any other brands?

Yes, it would. As long as Boots don't correct it overnight you should be fine. I went to a store that didnt have self service tills.

I managed to find two bottles in my local store and also bought a pack of Pampers nappies - sa didnt even notice that it only came to £9.99 which was the price of the nappies.

We had no problems in Guildford yesterday :) Even used my extra 100 pts when you get anything on baby 342 ;) I wonder how much 9 bottles will be.... lol anyone tried it? Although I did have trouble digging out 6! x

I bought this deal today, was a job to find them as some of it was in with all the Baby Toiletries and some was with the sun cream, but I got some for me and some for a friend - the SA was stunned at the price, she said 'wow, you saved over £46' and was more than happy when I went back through with a batch for my friend :o

Brilliant deal, going to use it on me as well seeing as I have burnt already!
  • gonna try this today, but my local is a small one, hopefully it will work :)
