30,000 of debt do I put on mortgage or keep it separate don't know what to do!!

In general people are advised not to turn unsecured debt into secured debt, as they place their home as a greater risk should they have a change in their financial circumstances/lose their income for any reason.

I made the mistake of doing this the first time I got into debt.....ended up running the cards back up again as I still continued to use them as I'd not set myself a realistic budget and never had enough each month...I'd definately avoid consolidating onto your mortgage0
