Letter From OR -BI in House, But Puzzled.

  • Best thing to do I think is to get the house valued and see where I stand from there.

However, if the equity was to be £1000, for example, and I offered the £1000, the OR could still decide not to give me the BI as the amount was so low I suppose? Hoping the house increases in price later on.

Will let you know what happens if I can get a valuation this week.

Thanks everyone for the advice on this.:)

My two pennor'th...but £1000 equity seems to be neither here nor there with regards to house values........a bit like arguing whether a £250 car is really worth £260?
No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......
  • Regarding house prices, I think you are probably corrrect. £1000 aint much.

I will post the results of my valuation later this week. Thanks again.
