Getting a mortgage after deefaults drop off

Hi Folks.
I have had 3 defaults. All lenders agreed partial settlements.
The last default will drop off in February.
Has anybody managed to obtain a mortgage after their defaults have dropped off?

Once the defaults go the whole account disappears from your credit file (so all record of the partial settlement etc).
So you'll be in same position as someone else who never had the defaults but had the same other financial position as you.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
