Watching Tv Shows

Can anyone advise how I may be able to watch tv shows being filmed. I live in Edinburgh so would need to be Scottish TV shows I guess. Thanks.

If you go to the bbc somewhere on the site there is a section where it lists shows you can apply to be in the audience for.
