Is it possible to get a loan with really bad credit rating? Lots of late payments nothing else! I have a property with lots of equity and a full time job for last 15years! Is it possible? Who with if possible?

Thanks

Do you really have to ask? Would you want to lend you money? ;-)

You should look at extending your mortgage, any loans you get will need to be secured on the equity in your property if you have paid late more than once, as you are very unlikely to see any unsecured borrowing, sorry!

Kate Smith is your best hope lol.

Seriously, why would you think any decent lender would touch you with a barge pole?

Your situation seems to have changed recently. Are you taking out a loan on behalf of someone else?

Maybe post on the DWW boards for advice on how to sort out your finances without getting further into debt?

How did you go from having a job for 8 weeks on 13 April 11 to having a job for the last 15 years on 22 April 11?

Are you trying to sort out your son's debts or hoping that your dad will help you? Either way, I would definitely recommend you post on DFW and talk to a debt charity.
