Anyone used Cex/cex.co.uk?

Hi
Has anyone used a shop called Cex? They sell mainly second hand games consoles, phones, games. They seem to be in lots of major cities.

Thinking about getting a crystal xbox from them, says they come with a 12month guarantee but it would be unboxed.

Wonderd if anyone had any experience of dealing wth them?

Have bought a couple used of games from them online, prices were ok, delivery less than a week so seemed ok to me. I always meant to trade some in but so far have never got around to it.
Have never noticed the shops though.

Used them myself a fair bit both on the high street and online. Good service but not always the best prices.

They have a few shops in London (Tott Ct Road is one) and have used the online shop a few times. Can't really complain. Quick delivery (special delivery, no extra charge) and accept credit card, also 1 year warranty. They did charge my credit card twice, but refunded me without too much hassle.

Been using them (mainly on the high street) for years, and no problems to report. Great place to sell mobile phones that have picked up little "quirks"..

Just make sure it actually says 12 months guarantee on the receipt. Bit strange that they're offering a full 12 months on a second hand product.
