    Ditch the Sky & Gym, the savings will go towards paying next year's subs. :D

    Have you had a look at the Old Style board, they have some tips on bulk cooking and menu planning to save money.

    you need to add to your SoA all the annual type costs otherwise you are kidding yourself that you have more money spare each month than you really have so ....you need to add car tax, golf subs, car servicing, MOT cost, RAC/AA, clothes, any holiday planned ...with these divide by 12 and add them to your monthly budget....because you have to SAVE up each month so you have the money when needed...so e.g. how are you going to pay the golf subs in april..by credit card or from the money you have saved for it.
    i'm afraid that i think if you add all these costs in it would show you are clearly spending significantly more than your income.

    try putting all your spends in the budget planner (at the top of this page) and make sure you include all the yearly and one offs.
