OR Interview - Relatively Painless

Hi all

Just had my OR interview and as the title suggests, it wasn't too bad at all.

He skipped happily through most of my SOA and then we got to the debts themselves. Now, if he'd said he just wanted a potted history of the debt build up that would have helped me. But he asked this question and that and kept stopping me when I started to tell him stuff he wanted to know but hadn't asked for yet. ;)

Probably the hardest thing was explaining why I had no idea what I'd spent most of the money on. After all, it was credit card use over a total of 15 years, the last spending 5 years ago and I have both short and long term memory problems due to my illnesses. But we got through it and he seemed happy with the information I was able to supply.

That was it really, nice and simple, lasted about 40 minutes.
When I joined, I needed a name. The forum members gave one to me...I am INAN :D

I think I spoke to your replacement today Debtinfo! Reckon the only reason my interview was so painless was because he knew he couldn't touch my benefits. I'm sure if we got into an SOA discussion the outcome would have been very different.

Only after the last tree has been cut down,
Only after the last river has been poisoned,
Only after the last fish has been caught,
Only then will you find that money cannot be eaten
