Big thanks for this post, after seeing it went into Mothercare at Parkgate, Rotherham where they had it for sale. Asked the assistant about price match and after looking on ELC website, she said she could do it for £6, she wasnt very happy cos she had bought it herself a few week ago and paid full price. Thanks again0

I read about this thread a while back and never managed to get round to buying one. I was off to visit my friend in Bromley, but she was running late, so I decided to walk about in the town. I saw a Mothercare and decided to see if they had any stock of the rocket. Well I was quite pleased when I saw loads on the shelf, so I took one to the cashier and asked her how much it was. It came through as £13.99 on her till. I then queried about the price match, and she said it should be the same as ELC, as they are the same company. Nevertheless, I wanted her to check, and she called up Mothercare HQ. As I was waiting though I felt like a criminal. Lol. Don't ask why!! Anyway after about 2 minutes which felt like forever she says yes I could have it at £6. I was so chuffed when I walked out the door with my purchase. And yes it's definitely bigger than I thought it would be. Big thanks to OP!!!I hate twitches, but I LOVE glitches!!!0

I went yesterday to mothercare. I enquired about price match. The assistant rang to confirm lower price. Imagine my suprise when she came back saying it was now reduced further to £4.20. I was one happy lady. Plus, my boy loves it! Get it fast.0

I think the terms and conditions on the MC site say the item has to be in-stock... but worth a try.0 -

Now to get rid of the other shape sorters we have so can justify purchase to other half lol
I got mine for £3.36 though cos there was a 20% off toys code on my online account when I phoned up to order0 -
Thanks again - just ordered another 3 from MC - as out ELC didn't have them in stock last time. Just had a call from MC in Shrewsbury who have told me that the ELC has 5 in stock in store if anyone is around to pick them up? MC also have them in stock in town. Ordered mine over the phone and managed to get them delivered for free as they had a tech. fault and couldn't select collect from store. Yay to not having to lug them home whilst trying to push baby in pram. 4 friends announced they're expecting to gifts are now sorted. Thanks again!!0
