Might well not be activated yet - I bought a deal off them for local softplay a couple of weeks back and emailed the play place to activate it (as per the instructions on my email) and they said they were supposed to wait till the deal ended and then activate it, but they did it anyway as they could see I bought it.
SO it may well not activate till tomorrow going by past experiance.
Or you could ask likebees on FB, they are very helpful!

I got one of these mugs when they had a previous offer. My mug had photo's of my two cats. Including my lovely lil Tinker that passed away last year. It was excellent quality.
