Sainsburys or Tesco alcohol?

I went to Sainsburys last night to buy wine as it was 25% off 6 or more bottles - the shelves were empty! As I drove home I passed Tesco and they have the same offer on - So which is the best?
Does anybody know which to buy wine or Champagne in?
I really want to stock up for xmas

I heard on the radio this morning that Sainsbury's champagne had come out top in the Which? magazine tasting, I think it was the 'Taste The Difference'.

we were discussing the same question at my AA meeting today .def sainsburys for me...as I can use my son,s discount card and get another 15% off as well as the 25%

As I understand it the Sainsbury's offer is the best as its 25% of all wine/champagne even if its on promotion where as the tesco offer is simply 25% off if that makes any sense!!

Just to add, the Sainsbury's Offer will end 2nd December:eek: so you must get in quick!!!
