RTB - Can I find a mortgage broker with a ccj?

I applied to my local council for RTB and have been successful, the only thing now is that I need a mortgage but I have a ccj and was wondering if I can still get a RTB mortgage with this on my credit file?

    It was for £1205 and it was satisfied in 2008, but recently got my credit file and noticed a default which Welcome Finance have placed on there which I think maybe incorrect.
