TV programme mystery

Not sure that this is the correct place for this post but here goes anyway.
Some time ago there was a TV programme that showed different ways of farming, one system in particular (I think in America) had cows grazing in the field followed by chickens which were brought in in little trucks. The chicks ate grubs and generally scratched around and helped improve the soil.
I can't remember what the show was called, can anyone help?
