I queried some surveys that I hadn't been credited for, going back a few months, and the support people have been helpful, and we managed to kind of sort it out, exchanging several emails, and I got credited for a couple of them. Don't know about some of them yet, still a couple I wasn't paid for, but at least their support replied to me and did their best to sort it out, which I appreciate very much when so many survey companies don't even reply nowadays. But they said in future when I query non credited surveys, I must send a screen shot of the complete last page of the survey saying that I have successfully completed the survey! Anyone else been told to do that?

did you clear your cookies before you took the surveys ?

Yes, I do clear cookies first, it reminds you in the emails to do that, and they did pay me today for a couple of the outstanding surveys, so they must have found them alright. But it also says in the email, about clearing cookies first - "This will almost guarantee that you will not have a crediting problem".
