Hi , can anyone answer this one for me? I have a ccj and now wish to address my various debts. they are all non priority but i am not sure if I should be making the ccj a priority debt as I am receiveing letters from court bailiffs. Do i just make a pro rata offer or make this debt a priority?
many thanks for anyone who can help!
