So, how much is it worth and when is it payable?

Or are you transferring it to your current pension? Or was it a FS pension?

    C&A.

    Stands for "coats and 'ats".
  • I would imagine everyone will be different - You do need to contact them for your own personal pension quote.
The number I gave is especially for C&A pension enquiries.
They send you the quote by mail. (They go through it in great detail), I was unsure about some of the terminology so I called them and they were so helpful. :A
eg At the age of 55 you can have a lump sum (depending on your allowance) and an annual pension, or just an annual pension.
They took approx. 1 week to sort mine out.
Hope this helps - you may be pleasantly surprised!!!!

You still didnt say if it was a FS pension, and how much it was reduced for taking it at 55.

yes, everyone is different, but you giving more specifics would have helped the others who might come in future. But they can go and ask ask you did, and the rest of us will stay in the dark.

That's what I told my kids years ago!! Little smart !!!!!$ then asked what B&Q stood for; thinking on my feet I told them beds and quilts - and they believed me!!
  • hi
I did not have a FS pension so not sure what the reduction is for taking it out early. I was just relieved to find it and have clarity to what I personally is entitled to.
I am sure with the contact details I have posted you/anyone could easily find out and then hopefully not be left in the dark.
    Good luck
  • Just to say thank you for posting the details for the Pru address re: C&A pension.Have been in touch and have

Oh dear, I was told that by the same person who told me that MFI stood for "made for idiots".

I no longer own anything from C&A, but a couple of wardrobes from MFI have proved to be virtually indestructible.
