Options
I am going to rent out my house, can I do this without changing my mortgage to a buy to let?
Do I need to inform my bank who I have the mortgage with. TIA

Yes you need to request 'consent to let'.

You will need to obtain your lenders consent to rent your property out. If granted, this may only last for a certain period and the lender may impose different lending conditions on your mortgage.
