I am going to rent out my house, can I do this without changing my mortgage to a buy to let?
Do I need to inform my bank who I have the mortgage with. TIA

You will need to obtain your lenders consent to rent your property out. If granted, this may only last for a certain period and the lender may impose different lending conditions on your mortgage.0
