You can probably tell i've reached the "gifts" section of my wedding planning spreadsheet!
It's my hen do this weekend and I want to get something for the three lovely ladies that are organising it. I was thinking a card and a bottle of something - but is that a bit boring??
Cor, who would've thought getting wed would be so bloomin complicated! x

That would be lovely!
I'm organising my best mate's one right now, and it's great fun, but getting stressful!
What about a picture of you with the girls in a lovely frame? Or if lastminute do the £10 spa offers, a voucher for something?
What are the organisers into?
I'd say I'd be so happy to have the effort recognised, that anything would be nice.

Boo, just realised, one of them works for a major beauty retailer company and probably doesn't want another make up bag and stuff.saving up another deposit as we've lost all our equity.

I think the travel holiday survival pack sounds good! You could put a mini suncream in, seen them in the pound shops, what about the sunscreen lipsalve I always seem to get burnt lips, mozz repelaint(sp), stuff for bites, Vitamin B1 to take, stop a lot of people getting bitten (Including me) Headache tablets!! What about luggage straps for their cases or something. Do they wear bandana's for keeping the sun off their heads.
There is a spa in Lindos that looks lovely, maybe a treatment there (might be getting too carried away now, but you might like it before you wedding)http://www.lindostreasures.com/spa/
My CBM is arranging mine & while we are there this year I going to get her a necklace from here http://www.amoramor.gr/ They do some lovely stuff, I got a few myself & getting a new one this year which I will save for my wedding day to wear.
Right better do some work now!Married the man of my dreams - 10th September 2012, St Paul's Bay Lindos :jIt was amazing.0 -
Lots of lovely ideas, thanks! I'm rather liking the look of the bride's week in the spa...saving up another deposit as we've lost all our equity.

If you want something they can keep then how about a light scarf in your wedding colours or something neutral so that it might go with their outfits? Or a fan (not electric! sounds nerdy, but there are some beautiful ones out there and all the other guests will be sooo jealous if the weather is really hot). Jewellery always works for me, most people will probably already have necklaces & earings so how about a broach or bracelet?
A week in the spa? Definitely!

My wedding photographer is coming to do a few snaps at the hen do meal, so im going to give the girls who have organised the weekend an engraved photoframe, then when the pictures come out i'll send them one from the hen to put in it.:jProud mummy to a beautiful baby girl born 22/12/11 :j0

Mine was organised by a bloke, so I bought him cufflinks as a wedding gift. Not terrribly helpful, I'm sorry.
All my BM's are having leather pocket mirrors and matching keyrings as gifts. I didn't buy anyone a thank you for organising my hen.0
