New mortgage

Hi
Can anyone let me know what mortgage companies class as income now?
I am a working, single parent and my salary is £15 858 however taking into account things such as child maintenance, tax credits etc my actual gross household income is greater than this. Will the mortgage lenders take this into consideration?
I have a good track record of paying my rent on time.
Thanks for any advice.

Yes they will. Things life Child Benefit, working tax credits and child tax credits. Also maintenance is allowed if on a court order or through a solicitors agreement ot indeed if you have 12 months history via bank statements
How much of a percentage of this money can be used by a lender depends on their individual lending policy but you should be able to find someone who will use 100% of it0
