Help with chest of drawers from catalogue.

I bought 2 chest of drawers from a catalogue in January, they were £39 each but reduced from around £200.
It said they'd take around 4 weeks for delivery so I have been waiting, but for the past 4 weeks i've been ringing them to see whats happened.
I have been through about 4 phone calls and they always say they'll ring me back but they didn't bother, so I've been in a very difficult situation as I've been relying on these drawers, my room is just full of binbags and has been for months, I need some decent pine ones (which these were) as I've had so much trouble in cheap furniture falling apart.
I called them yesterday and found out they have just credited the money back into my account (without telling me) and will only give me a 10% discount for my trouble, but all the other chest of drawers are £200-300 which I cannot afford.
Is there anything i can do? I think I've been treated really unfairly, they could of at least told me I wasn't getting them, as one of the people on the phone assured me I was guaranteed to receive 2 chests of drawers.
