payday express will not accept a payment plan unless the following applys;
severe illness
imprisonment
decased......
reduced hours or redudnacy
im not any of these and they are saying they wont accept a payment plan.. well its the only bloody way they are going to get their money back.... how to i go about paying this back if they wont accept? advise please thanks!!

From their point of view your financial circumstances haven't changed since you took out the loan, which they would check/presume you were in a position to pay back when you signed up. Has something changed in your financial status since the loan was agreed that isn't on that list?0

Well that's tough on them isn't it. Have you got yourself a new totally fresh bank account so they can't raid it? If so and you have closed the old account and not given the new account details then they will have to accept your repyament proposals. Send your offer to them and keep copies and send postal orders or a cheque? If you keep writing to them and they persist in refusing then that's tough they will have to take you to court and explain to a judge why they have refused all offers of payment from you and are therefore wasting court time. If you haven't managed to cancel your old account the chances are they will keep taking the money until they are repaid and then hopefully you can repay the bank at a sensible rate.
