Problems with cdwow/kitkash code

CD wow emailed me a code for £2 off using a link for kitkash. Just tried to use it and got the message that it was invalid. I went through the link as instructed - anyone else had this problem?
Just tried replying to their email that had the code on it and my email was returned - the email address of members@cdwow etc was not recognised............

What was the expiry date on the voucher?
Also you will not be able to reply to the email you got - emails from organisations such as CD-Wow and Amazon are set up not to accept replies.Everybody dies, but not everyone truly lives0 -
I emailed them through the contact us off the site and they have sorted the voucher out for me. Mine was usable, but only gave £1 instead of £2. Sorted in a few emails, well impressed.0
