I've had a stroke of luck today!!!
Some of you may vaguely remember when we first started on here my battles with Morgan Stanley..they refused to refund our ppi which they reinstated on our account without our consent.

Full refund of this months payment and ALL the monies outstanding grand total of £499
Also offered me the moon cardwise did I want a LOB card..0% on balance transfer card etc etc took great delight in telling them I still wanted to close our account AFTER they had promised the refund of course:rotfl:
