Well its started...Nice friendly people have written to me from CCCS,saying one of my vultures dont want to accpt payment..They want more loot..........well they aint getting more...simple.........letter says i dont need to do anything however they might default me and hand me over to DCA.....i quake in my boots........seriously though,has this happened to anyone and if so,should there be any further action required.......

Normal practice - nothing to worry about. The DCA will probably accept your offer.

We had the same thing, one creditor not accepting proposal of payment.
Ours was Next and they would not accept a £5 payment on a £100 balance, it eventually got passed over to Legal and Trade who accepted the proposal of payment first time0 -
