Is anyone working on adultwork that can give advice on the SMS chat side, does anyone do well from it on there,would be interested in phone and maybe webcam ( as long as I don't have to show my face) is this possible?
Are people actually getting good money from pics etc put on there?
I would be a total newbie to all this so think if I can have at least a week texting to break the ice so to speak.
Also I have been reading they pay daily is this just for webcamers ?
Registering with them seems a mine field with what things your into etc
Oh and the wishlist etc, how does that work if your sending stuff or people are sending you gifts , is this for real?? how do they send them without giving them your personal details?
Sorry for all the questions but the saucy thread was closed and can't find my answers on there.
Would be great to hear from anyone working / or that has worked on

I can't answer the rest of your questions but texting on Adultwork is VERY slow almost non existent maybe 2 or 3 texts a month if you are lucky.

I wouldn't personally bother with cams if you're not willing to show your face, you'll spend 75% of your time arguing with punters that no, you dont want to show your face... and will get much less interest.

Still there are better sites, but that's just my opinion.

And on a final note, you'll probably see this thread locked, as while all of this work is totally legal, the PTB on this forum don't like to see it here. (As the last one ended up being)

I might be wrong, but I think the reason the last thread got locked was because people were going into great detail about what they were getting up to on the cams, discussing 'techniques', hints and tips etc. It's one thing offering advice, but imo not being too graphic about something like this line of work. It can be accessed by anyone, including children, after all.

I don't show my face on cam and have had no problems, get lots of interest too.

SMS is not worth it though, it's dead.

I never saw talk of the like. I did see some discussing whether they'd move into escorting instead, but that was about it. I can only judge off what I saw though, of course.

Fair do's Vixxxen, again the only advice I can offer to the OP is my experience, and I found if you don't show your face you do face (hah) a lot of explaining etc...

All in all, it's gonna depend on what site you work on, what their customers are like etc. I will say though, check out the rates of pay vs what the company take - lots are pretty shocking. On the site I work on, the models get 80%. Which is awesome.

im sure you would be able to, after all not every one wants to look at women (just to clarify i do!! ) but im sure earning the money from it is alot harder than if you are female.

Heh, I heard a thing on the radio yesterday about how the government are trying to do something about the fact that most "new jobs" created this year were filled by men and they think this is unfair... i wonder are they looking into sexism in hiring for cam jobs
