Advice on how to split cash I have please!

Hi there
I posted my SOA before and said I was starting a job at Tesco. The job they offered me was 15 hours a week, starting at 6am in the morning. This was completely wrong for me as I needed more hours etc., so I have decided to register with a temp agency while I am looking for permanent fulltime work. I have also got my first mystery shopping job next week.
As I said before I have been selling stuff on ebay and have managed to earn just over £600. I have paid bits and pieces off with this but have promised my mortgage company that I will pay £150 per week to them. I now have abut £370 left and would like some thoughts on how best to split this between my priority debts.
I have negotiated to pay £30 per week to my car until January; £150 to my mortgage per week and £40 to Black Horse. I also have £25 per week for my utlities. I am currently looking to see if I am entitled to council tax benefit.
Now, HSBC were on today to me about a managed loan I have with them which is unsecured and costs £321 per month. It was due today and there is only £100 in my business account. They are therefore looking for £200+. I have my personal account with them too so if I pay anything in they are just going to take it. I have today opened a basic current account with Alliance & Leicester so that I can have my salary (from temping) paid into that but it will take a little while for that to be up and running. What do I do in the meantime?
As I have £370, I can pay £150 to my mortgage; £30 to my car and £40 to Black Horse. This makes £220. Leaves me £150 which I wanted to keep to go towards my heating, food and towards next week's mortgage.
I am paying something towards this managed loan but it is more important for me to pay my mortgage etc., do you not agree. Do you think I am doing the right thing? I should get temp work fairly quickly and this is paid weekly so once it starts to come in things will settle down but at the moment I have 22p in my purse. No money for food, milk etc., and I have stopped smoking.
Any advice appreciated.
Thanks a lot

Thanks Pobby
I just need some reassurance that I'm doing things right. I hate this; it is really draining and making me feel ill again. I just wish it would all go away.
I was speaking today to BOS DCA regarding a loan account I have. I explained what had happened and how this had all come about and even she was disgusted. Obviously she is there to do her job but she accepted nominal payments until I get all these bank charges back etc.,
I really need to feel well if I am going to be working full time.
Thanks

Hi there
I think the received wisdom is that the most important debts are those that could cause the most harm
So you should always pay mortgage, council tax, utilities, water before anything else. This is because you could lose your home, go to prison, be cut off respectively. All of which are MAJOR inconveniences!!!!
So once you have paid them whatever is left you split between the others prorata.
I did see your original thread but have forgotten, is there a reason not to do a DMP with CCCS or Payplan?
regards
chevI want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?
