COME ON HERBS, saying what you want is one thing but calling someone a knob for nothing is just plain abusive. where do you draw the line between open discussion and being plain nasty?

    Hi MM

I think you have misunderstood - please dont shout:rotfl:

My post was directed to ATD saying that david could write what he wanted even if it was wrong.

I was criticing ATD's response in actual fact - and said that ATD should have put his point across differently i.e. No I disagree would have been better

Profanities of any kind are not warranted, and as such should be removed.

Can't belive you really took this wrong way MM - you really think I would condone such behaviour?

Why are humans so judgemental. Ask a simple question and some people cant give a simple answer!

My life is based on facts, and the fact is that ERCs are unlawful. I would never have said so unless I knew for certain.

    well well well

Early Redemption Charges are unlawful unless the mortgage provider can prove in a court that they are fees/charges and not profit.

I received a cheque on the 15th December from Birmimgham Midshires for £4700 - thanks to all the help I received from consumeractiongroup.co.uk

    Merry Christmas!!
