Being overcharged in a Hairdressers.

Hi Folks,
I recently took advantage of a (seemingly) good deal in a Belfast hairdressers where they were giving £20 off highlights. I rang to book and asked how much it would be and they told me the half head highlights - as I was interested in getting - would be £30.
Anyway, I went to pay for this and they quoted £58 for a cut and the colour I got. This was after, they said the £20 discount. The cut is 'from £18' on their website, whilst the half head highlights are 'from £30.' I didn't get anything over and beyond the standard half head highlights, so bearing in mind that the cut might be a little more than the 'from £18', it is still much less a total than I have been charged.
I left having paid the £58 & noticed that the receipt says "half head" and nothing else. They appear to have put this through as a woman's half head, as that is the price for it. I have emailed said hairdresser's, but I have yet to receive a response. My girlfriend reckons that I should take this to Trading Standards.
What do you think I should do, folks ?
Thanks.
