when writing to cancel this do I just write to my local branch??

i'd reccommend doing it over the phone. Today i phoned the customer service number for an address and they cancelled it over the phone for me, i claimed £1467 off them woo hooo

well its a consolidation loan and im still in my 30 day grace period.

but ill give them a call

mine was a consolidation loan, i took it out over a year ago, its over 5 years, if you still want to write there is an address floating about somewhere, i think its on the ppi thread, the big one.

if its within the 30 days it should be in your agreemenr how to cancel the ppi
