Had PV installed in Dec last year.Consists of 12 Sharpe panels (2.82)
There is a Landis&Gyr Generation meter today the reading on that is 488KW but Ive also got a Fronius IG30 portable device which when I was look through it today shows the year to date figure produced is 540KW.
When I sent the FIT meter read through recently I used the L&G meter.
Anybody any ideas why the two reading would be so different....Fronius is saying its producing 10% more than the L&G?

My export meter has 'lost' around 10kwh compared to the sunnyboy 3300 display readings since installed last October. I put this down to system losses ie power used by the inverter and cable losses. Is there a long run from your inverter to gen meter?0

I doubt you mean 'export' meter as it will always lose compared to the inverter unless you are using none of it yourself.
My generation meter has gained about 10kWh over the SMA inverter's log in three months - so the reverse of your situation. I suppose if inverters were accurate the electricity companies wouldn't insist on a calibrated generation meter.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
