Hi, in regard to buying stamps from ebay is the general rule that you need to buy them in booklets? I've noticed lots of unfranked stamps being sold which are paper backed but I'm not sure if you are allowed to reuse these, as surely they've been unfranked and peeled off an envelope by somone?

Please can anyone let me know if they do use these stamps and if it's ok to do so for competitions. Have PMd Pixiedust but she was unsure so suggested I ask here.
