    Yes, it's on the very first page of this thread under "AIOE" (All In One Envelope) - you can't miss it.

    Thanks for your reply, I meant is there a list of ones that definitely can't be put in the same envelope, or do you just assume that if it is not on the aioe list that you have to send it separately? :)
