Hob Knobs

Hi Everyone,

I've got some hobknobs in my cupboard and was wondering what I can do with them (Instead of eating them to myself:p;))
What I mean is...I love baking but have never used them before.
I've checked my recipe books but can't find any.

Do any of you have any ideas for using them?

Thank you in advance for anyone's helps.:)

Could you use them as a biscuit-base for a cheesecake-type thing?

    Hi todolistsocd,

I normally make these with digestives but I don't imagine making them with crushed hobnobs would make much difference:

    Fifteens

    15 digestive biscuits (crushed)
    15 glace cherries (chopped)
    15 marshmallows (chopped)
half a tin of condensed milk (approx 200-250g)
    dessicated coconut

Mix the biscuits, cherries and marshmallow in a bowl with the condensed milk. Roll into a long sausage shape on greaseproof paper sprinkled with the coconut. Chill in the fridge for a couple of hours and then slice.

These threads (although not specifically for hobnobs) may give you some more ideas:

What to do with 300g of Digestive Biscuits?

    Bitter....Thanks for replying.
I was thinking a biscuit base but wasn't sure.

    Pink...Great idea.
I also have digestives in cupboard. Sounds really nice.
I think I will be having a go at this recipe.
Thanks for the links...will give them a look!

Thank you both for your time.:)
