CrapQuest and CCA

I have recently used two of the templates on here to request my credit agreement from CrapQuest regarding a credit card debt with Capital One. I believe I applied for it online in 2003.
Today I got from CrapQuest what appears to be a signed credit agreement and some terms and conditions, suspiciously they aquired and sent this on the first working day after the 12+2+30, anyway I would like somebody in the know to just have a look at the documents to give me an idea as to wether they are correct and enforceable. The full set of documents I received are posted in the album CrapQuest here - http:// example2. mihia. co. uk
Because I haven't posted here before it won't let me put the link in correctly, but you should get the idea!
Thank you for your time.
