Took Agreement out in May this year.
Payment of £163
PPI £30
total £193 Per Month
I asked to cancel it to reduce pymt to £163 as Agreement says.
They write back and say they will cancel it but estimate my pymt to drop to £181
How do they come by that one then? Any ideas folks?

Sorry, don't know the answer to your query.
But just wanted to ask whether they took long in coming back to you with a response? OH has just written asking it to be removed and to say he thinks it was mis-sold in the first place and has had no response yet.Newlywed at the point I joined the forum... now newly separated0 -
